Take a magical journey around Greystones as you walk in the footsteps of Mary and Joseph, the shepherds and wise men towards the stable in Bethlehem. Follow the map and find clues at each station to help you break the hidden code and unlock the meaning of Christmas.
Brought to you by Greystones Churches Together, this walk will be open from December 6th, and will remain open throughout the Christmas season, with Christmas story dioramas at each church, artwork from local artists and schoolchildren, and things to spot along the way. As you visit each station, you'll discover the next chapter of the Christmas story, and get another hint to help you solve the puzzle.
Suitable for all ages, we hope to bring the Christmas magic to our town in a new way this festive season.
See below for the route map, starting at Hillside Evangelical Church, and finishing at the Nazarene Church. You can do this route in whole or in part, or over several days.
A PDF version of the map is downloadable at the link below; printed copies will be available at the start of the route, in Hillside Evangelical Church.
The route will be open from Dec 6th to the end of the month. Happy Walking!
UPDATE: DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES THE STOP AT HOLY ROSARY WILL OPEN ON DECEMBER 9TH.
